ToonCam includes features powered by Google's Gemini AI to enhance your experience.

By using these features, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old to access Gemini-powered features.
• Use AI features responsibly and not for harmful, illegal, or misleading purposes.
• Comply with Google’s Generative AI Use Policy.

The AI-generated content is intended for creative use only and should not be relied on for professional advice (e.g. medical, legal, or financial).

3. Personal Data & Privacy

ToonCam does not collect or store any personal data directly. However, when you use AI-powered features, images are sent to Google’s Gemini AI for processing.

• We do not store these images on our servers.
